Site Walk
We walk the room, count racks and assets, identify access and loading constraints and agree the schedule.

Project Plan
Written scope covering sequence, security requirements, reporting format, downtime windows and completion date.

Power Down & Disconnect
Equipment is powered down and cabling removed in the agreed order alongside your team or your MSP.

Derack & Palletize
Servers, storage, switches and UPS units are removed, packaged and staged for transport.

Inventory
Applicable assets are captured by make, model and serial number as they leave the room.
- 06
Secure Transport
Loads move in our vehicles with our personnel and chain of custody maintained throughout.
- 07
Destroy & Recover
Data-bearing media is destroyed or sanitized; remaining equipment is evaluated for resale or recycled.

Close Out
Final inventory, certificates of destruction and recycling documentation are delivered.
